After spending 18 years helping organisations grow through technology, digital transformation, and global delivery models, he decided to build SeedAxis with a simple vision: make world-class talent and innovation accessible to businesses of every size.
Having started his career as a consultant and grown into a regional business leader in Cape Town, Hanish has spent nearly two decades helping clients solve complex business challenges, build partnerships, and unlock growth through technology.
Today, he leads SeedAxis' growth strategy, client partnerships, and market expansion across South Africa and beyond. He is particularly passionate about helping startups, scale-ups, and established businesses build modern operating models through GCCs, fractional leadership, and distributed teams.
When he's not building businesses, you'll find him on a running trail, hiking in the mountains around Cape Town, or enjoying a morning coffee that he insists is completely non-negotiable.
